⚠️ Valentine’s Day Peak-Season Service Notice
Due to exceptionally heavy Valentine’s Day volume, we are currently experiencing an unusually high number of calls and emails and may be unable to respond immediately. Please email us, and we will reply as soon as possible.
Please also note that order status updates may not appear in real time during peak season, and it can be difficult to pinpoint exact movement until the next scan or delivery attempt is recorded.
If your concern is about delivery within a specific time frame, please note that we guarantee delivery on a specified date only—not within a specific time window. This is stated on each product description page (and desired delivery date applies only if the order was placed before the Valentine’s Day cut-off).
Please do not panic—deliveries often continue until late night during Valentine’s Day season. If your order was placed after our cut-off, we will still attempt delivery on your selected date on a best-effort basis. If we are unable to deliver on time due to peak load, the order may be delivered on the next available delivery date, anytime between 15-Feb to 18-Feb, without additional approval.
